App Sync Net
Inside a sync health review
A practical walkthrough of how we inspect lag, conflicts, and catch-up before recommending an engagement.
Teams usually arrive with a board that looks busy and a support queue that disagrees with it. A sync health review is how we decide whether you need a full Sync Health Baseline, a narrower Conflict Signal Mapping, or simply a clearer question.
We work from Western District and remote sessions across Hong Kong. Reviews are consultative—no agents installed, no checkout, no pressure to buy a package on the call.

1. Intake on the stuck path
You name the sync journey that keeps arguing with support—offline catch-up, multi-device edit, admin import—and the charts you already trust (or do not).
-
2. Signal inventory
We list timers, conflict counters, retries, and catch-up jobs across the applications that touch that path. Duplicate clocks and missing device tags get written down, not waved away.
-
3. Sample window
Together we pick a short live window—often one release or one busy week—and check whether the events can answer the question leadership is asking.
-
4. Artefacts and next step
You leave with notes you own. If a deeper engagement fits, we point to the matching service brief. If not, we say so.
